Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of redheaddigital.agency. They are not the contract under which we deliver work — marketing services are provided exclusively under individual service agreements. Where a signed service agreement and these terms disagree, the service agreement wins.

1. Acceptance

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Who we are

Redhead Digital Agency FZCO is a company licensed in the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA), Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates, under licence number 40073. We provide business-to-business digital marketing services: link building, custom outreach, SEO audits, SEO promotion, content creation and proofreading.

3. Use of the website

You may read, print and share the pages of this site for your own business purposes. You may not:

• use automated tools — bots, scrapers, crawlers — to access, copy or index the site beyond normal search-engine indexing;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure;
• republish substantial parts of our written content as your own;
• use the site in any way that is unlawful, or that could damage or overload it.

4. Enquiries and quotes

Submitting a form on this site does not create a contract. It is a request for us to get in touch. Prices, timelines and scope quoted in conversation or in a proposal are indicative until they are set out in a signed service agreement or an accepted invoice.

5. How services are agreed

Each engagement is defined in its own service agreement or accepted proposal, which sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, price, currency and payment terms. Billing, delivery, replacements and refunds are described in our Billing & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Your responsibilities as a client

• Provide accurate information about the target website, target URLs, anchors and any restrictions.
• Confirm that you have the right to promote the website and content you ask us to work on.
• Give feedback and approvals within the agreed windows — outreach placements are time-sensitive.
• Make sure the website you are promoting complies with the law in the markets you are targeting.

7. Results

Search engines change how they rank websites, and rankings depend on competitors, your own website, and factors outside anyone’s control. We will do the agreed work to a professional standard, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business results unless a service agreement expressly says otherwise.

8. Intellectual property

The site, its text, layout, illustrations and brand marks belong to Redhead Digital Agency FZCO or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent. Content we create specifically for a client — articles, briefs, reports — transfers to that client on full payment, as set out in the service agreement.

9. Third-party websites

Our blog and our reports link to websites we do not control. We include them because we think they are useful; we do not endorse them and we are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

10. Confidentiality

Information you share with us in the course of an engagement — target URLs, strategy, commercial terms — is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties except as needed to deliver the work or as the law requires.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Website provided “as is”

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at every moment.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this website. Our total aggregate liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

This limit applies to these website terms only. Liability in respect of paid services is governed by the relevant service agreement and by our Billing & Refunds policy. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or from content or websites you asked us to promote.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. An individual service agreement may specify a different forum, in which case that agreement governs the services it covers.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
